What roles does Review My eLearning offer?

Users of Review My eLearning may assigned roles of Account Owners, Developers, Uploaders, and Reviewers. Since your account can be a member of multiple organization, your roles and permissions may vary depending on the organization. Below are the details of the permissions associated with each account role.

Account Owners

  • Account Owners manage the subscription for an Organization as a whole, and have an "Organization" tab on their profile
  • Depending on the Owner's tier of subscription, the Owner may be able to customize the Organization's branding and assign Uploader privileges to other users
  • Account Owners will get all notifications and full course visibility for courses within their organization

Developers

  • Developers can edit course information and comments
  • Developers can manage discussions, review cycles, and users assigned to the course, including locking reviews

Uploaders

  • Organizations are limited by subscription tier for how many uploaders can be assigned
  • Uploaders have the same access as Developers, and in addition, can upload and delete courses

Reviewers

  • Reviewers are users invited to review an eLearning course on Review My eLearning
  • Reviewers can view and modify their own comments
  • If Sharing Comments is enabled for the course, Reviewers can also interact with other Reviewer comments
  • Reviewers do not have permissions to see all information about a course
  • Reviewers must be logged in unless accessing the course from a Public Link
