Users of Review My eLearning may be assigned the role of Account Owner, Uploader, Developer, or Reviewer. Roles are assigned per course, so your permissions may vary by course and organization. Below are the permissions associated with each role.
Account Owners
Account Owners manage the organization as a whole and have an "Organization" tab on their profile.
Account Owners can manage the subscription, customize the organization's branding where available, transfer the organization, and assign Uploader privileges to other users.
Account Owners have full visibility and management access for every course in their organization. They can upload and delete courses, edit course information, add or remove Reviewers and Developers, export comments, download course packages, manage review-cycle settings, and lock reviews.
Account Owners receive notifications for all courses in their organization.
Uploaders
Organizations can assign 1, 3, or 10 Uploaders, depending on their subscription tier.
Uploaders can upload courses and fully manage the courses they upload. They cannot see or manage courses uploaded by another Uploader unless they have been assigned to those courses separately.
For their own courses, Uploaders can edit course information; add or remove Reviewers and Developers; export comments; download course packages; manage review-cycle settings; lock Reviewers; and delete courses.
Developers
Developers can view courses they are assigned to and add comments.
Developers can view the list of Reviewers and Developers assigned to the course, export comments to Excel, and download the course package.
Developers cannot edit course information, add or remove users, manage review-cycle settings, lock reviews, or delete courses.
Developer seats are free and unlimited.
Reviewers
Reviewers are invited to review an eLearning course on Review My eLearning.
Reviewers can view the course and add or modify their own comments until they mark the review complete or the review is locked.
If Sharing Comments is enabled for the course, Reviewers can also view and interact with other Reviewers' comments.
Reviewers do not have permission to see all information about a course.
Reviewers must be logged in unless they access the course from a Public Link. A Public Link does not require an account.
Reviewer seats are free and unlimited.
