I received the error: “Sorry, this review is for another person, or the review cycle has ended. Please contact the course owner to have them send you a link to review this course.” What should I do?

Try simply logging in to Review My eLearning if you have an existing profile. If that doesn’t work, look at the URL in the browser by hovering the cursor over the link. Some email systems modify third party URLs by adding “blocked” to the link text. If that doesn’t work, notify the Account Owner who should be able to resolve the issue by providing you a new link to review the course.
