Can Reviewer accounts be set up in advance?

No. Reviewers that are new to our service will need to create their password and confirm their email address. 

Upon inviting someone to review your course, they will review an email which contains a link to the site. The Reviewer will be prompted to set up a profile if one doesn't already exist.
